I first dealt with another real estate agent who did not understand the time crunch I was in and was not very helpful with finding a house. A business acquaintance of mine had recently used Mrs. Fleming and raved how wonderful she was. After meeting Van Fleming, I was immediately impressed. She made time during her personal schedule to meet with me on a Saturday evening to accommodate my interest in a house. She was always available for any questions I had and was very knowledgeable about the process, the home I purchased, and even took the time to memorize details about my family that added a personal touch to the entire home buying process. Van helped me find the perfect house for me and my family, but if I ever need to find another home in the future, I would not want any other Realtor other than Van.  I've also conveyed my experience to family members who are planning to move to this area in the next year and I know they will have the same experience I did.
